At Mersey Merch, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging (where applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt)
To start a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll then provide you with return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days (processing times may vary depending on your bank).
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the return of your original item and place a new order for the desired item.
